Rabbit Hole Club – Al Fresco!
Last night saw the first ‘Al Fresco’ meeting of the Rabbit Hole Club and what a lovely evening we had.
Andy & Steve produced their usual magic in the kitchen with a menu comprising of :
- Chicken Fillets & Garlic Mayonnaise
- Mini Onion Bhaji’s with Mango chutney
- Crudites with Tatziki & Humus dips
- Salmon Bites (Everyone’s favorite!)
- Cajun chicken burger with sour cream
- Thai crab cakes
- Filo prawns with sweet chili sauce
We utilized the outside gazebo with our patio furniture and also the conservatory for those that preferred to stay inside.
A huge thank you to everyone for attending, the staff on duty (as well as those that came as guests!) and especially to our ‘Bar Staff’ Barbara & Andy who volunteered to undertake this role.
As you will see from the photographs everyone had a great time!
