Fit Feb – Update

February has seen us once again raise funds for our friends at St Barnabas House.

Residents, staff (and their families) have been joined in fundraising by Head Active members and they have sent us some amazing images! – Click on them to enlarge.

A huge well done to everyone that has taken part – it’s not to late to take part – please see our Just Giving link below.

A message from Zoe…..

5 more days to go team Valerie Manor and Team Head Active!

We are currently at £965 for this special charity, St Barnabas House in Worthing. We can’t thank everyone enough for taking part and to everyone who has donated so far.

I’m sure we can make it over the £1000 by the end of Sunday!

I have loved seeing staff and residents take part and it has really motivated me. Jordan from Head Active has said “if you always do what you’ve always done you’ll always get what you’ve always got – It’s been great to have a new focus and different challenge as well as raise awareness and money for a great cause”

On a personal note it has been invaluable for me working with Head Active since last year for not only my physical but mental wellbeing as well – a special group of people with a great ethos and support network so I see many similarities to Valerie – Thank you to Team Valerie Manor and Team Head Active loved this joint challenge!

 Keep the photos coming team!
