Naveen

Naveen Chilamkurty
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, I bring over 20 years of hospitality experience to the care sector, focusing on providing reliable, hands-on support to our on-site managers so they can deliver the highest standard of care to our residents. Since joining nine months ago, I have loved the dynamic nature of daily operations and the opportunity to ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed.

Outside of work, I am kept busy by my family and children, and when I have a spare moment, I enjoy following F1 and football—ideally watching Arsenal finally secure the 2025-26 title!

Home Manager
Daniela

I have been in UK for over 12 years, as a general adult nurse, I have been in management for the last 6 years in a mix of roles such as Clinical Deputy and Home Manager with great results!

I am passionate about my job and driven by the love for elderly people which comes from me being brought up by my grandmother!

I become a nurse because my live was saved by a nurse and I just wanted to help others in return.

It’s a pleasure and an honour to work with such a great team of dedicated people that shows every day that caring for others is a gift and a privilege.

I had many happy years working in the education industry as a teaching assistant and then as a secretary which I did for 21 years. Working with parents of children can be very challenging but enjoyable. My daughter is a carer and she talked about how working with elderly people was so rewarding that I thought I would have a change in career. I have worked at Valerie Manor now for 2 years and it has been rewarding and educational at the same time.
I am the youngest of eight children five girls and three boys. I have been with my partner for 31 years but married 18 years. I have six grown up children one boy and five girls and nine grandchildren three boys and six girls. I especially like spending time with my family which is a large one. I enjoy reading, knitting, swimming and making rug carpets. I enjoy family holidays and going on cruises with my husband.
